BOUNDARIES-EZEKIEL 47

 1) Use of any drugs, alcohol and/or prescriptions (prescribed or over the counter) without prior medical authorization, can result in IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL from HIS WAY MINISTRIES PROPERTY. Each client understands that he/she may be required to undergo a urinalysis/mouth swab upon request. Refusal will be grounds for IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL. Prescriptions will be supervised and dispensed as directed and are not to be taken without first speaking with the staff and/or director. Any prescriptions found in a clients possession without having first notified the staff/director is grounds for IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL.

2) The board must approve all employment. There is no outside work on Sundays unless approved by program director in advance…….NO EXCEPTIONS!!

3) Director reserves the right to search and/or confiscate any client personal possessions. All literature, books, videos and music, (tapes and CDS) MUST be approved.

4) There are to be NO WEAPONS of any kind allowed on the premises. There will be NO fighting, stealing, profanity, gambling, sexual misconduct, nor lending of money among the clients at any time. Profanity is not allowed at any time while you are here nor will it be tolerated for any reason. Fighting or threats of any kind will not be tolerated for any reason.

5) Vehicles must first be approved by the Board before either being driven or brought on the property. All keys will be turned in up until 4 months and/or approved, each case in individual. NO Exceptions.

6) Personal hygiene must be followed: Daily shower—appropriate attire worn at all times (shirts, pants)—clean clothes—appropriate attire and behavior on property at all times. IMPORTANT!!! At times, there will be mandatory meetings and functions ( I, e…revivals, church meetings, field trips, picnics, etc……)

7) At NO time is anyone in this ministry allowed to be alone with or have a telephone conversation with anyone of the opposite sex who is in this ministry or who has left this ministry, without written permission from the Pastor. Clients are not allowed to have one on one personal conversations or contact with someone of the opposite sex without pre-approval from the board or Pastor Tina, for any reason.

8) CELLPHONES: All cellphones must be pre-approved by the board. At no time is a cellphone to be used or carried by any client at the ministry or at meetings. Cellphones are permitted for work use only. At no time will a client allow someone else to use there cellphone for any reason.
