Pastors Ted and Linda Empson

    Pastors Ted and Linda, parents to 7 children, met in June, 1975 and were saved together in May, 1978. After ministering part time in drama and mime for several years, the call to full time ministry came in 1987 when God spoke to their hearts about going on the mission field. After prayer and fasting, they moved from Michigan to Merritt Island, FL where they served with Teen Missions International for six years traveling around the world with groups of teens doing work projects and evangelizing with drama, mime and the JESUS film. They began A.C.T.S. (A Call to Serve) Ministries in 1994 after completing a years tour of the United States with the Missionaries to America team from T.M.I. Except for a summer break in ‘96 to take a team out with Teen World Outreach, Ted and Linda reached out to the poor, homeless and hurting people in Florida since November, ’95.

     They have been members of Destiny Christian Church (formerly Word of Life) where they were ordained since 1988. They both graduated from AGAPE Bible Institute in 1994 and Pastor Ted has earned his Masters Degree through the Christian Life School of Theology. For the past three years, Pastors Ted and Linda have been serving in Guyana, South America where they run Bible schools in the remote villages of the Amerindians. They spend the rest of their time in Florida working with His Way Restoration Ministries, Inc. In whatever capacity is needed. Their desire to be servants is seen in all they do and their love for those in need has caused them to be called “Dad and Mom” by many.

Rev. Paul H. Rosbury

Rev. Rosbury was called to Ministry in 1986, was ordained May 28th, 1989 as Pastor of Seminary Covenant Community Chapel in Melbourne Florida. He is Married to Patricia Ann Rosbury has 4 Children and 6 Grand children.
In the 18 years of ministry God has used him to open and start a variety of ministries; Covenant Community Safe House in February of 1989 which grew to a 10 bed Half Way House for men, a 28 bed apartment style 3/4 House for men, a 6 bed Half Way house for women and a 9 apartment transitional housing unit for single mothers and a thrift store. In 1992 Pastor Paul became Pastor of Covenant Christian Center for 8 years. In 1996 he developed a transitional program for the Welfare Reform, Choosing Life Independence and Managed Behavior (CLIMB). As well as hosting two radio talk show programs over 4 and ½ years. He has written Be the Best you Can Be, a Biblical 12 step spiritual program, Life in Prayer, Spiritual Warfare, Foundations of Faith, Keeping on Track, Inner Healing, Seasoning of the Saints seminars and small group study guides. In 2000 Rev. Rosbury became the Spiritual Director of Seminary Covenant Community and is responsible for the Spiritual Direction of the member ministries.
