His Way Restoration Ministries was founded on February 5th, 2004 by Pastor Tina Carreiro. God placed a passion in her heart to give to others what He gave freely to her through His Word, His people and a personal relationship with Him. After her husband went to be with Jesus in 2003, the Lord told her to sell the house and everything in it, pay off all debts and move back to her home church in Cocoa Beach, FL. After doing what God asked of her, she waited on His instructions as to what to do next.

     After a month of seeking and waiting, the Lord provided a divine appointment for her to meet Pastors Ted and Linda Empson (who are now on the board of directors.) The Lord directed the three of them to use the house the Empson’s owned for a ministry house for single women. Pastor Tina moved in and began, by the grace of God, to accept women seeking help to get their lives in order. She, herself, is a grateful recovered alcoholic/addict with just over 13 years of recovery and have been waiting upon the Lord’s direction for over 8 years of when and how to begin this Christ centered residential program especially designed for single women.

     The Lord gave her the Name “HIS WAY” because He said that as long as we keep doing it “HIS WAY”, He would be in the midst of it and supply all of our needs. The Name “MINISTRIES” was given due to the fact that the Lord said that this ministry will branch out. We have a future vision for a men’s residential house and a home for women and their children. All this for the purpose of “RESTORATION” WITH God and their families.

     In order for this vision to take place, it will take many obedient men and women of God to answer His call to give of themselves, their talents, their finances and and other resources to bring this vision to full fruition.
